1. No Refund Policy

All membership and subscription payments made on Shubh Bandhan (shubhbandhan.org) are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.

Membership fees are charged for profile listing and platform access services. We do not guarantee matchmaking success; therefore, refunds will not be issued after activation of any membership plan.

2. Duplicate Payment Refund

If a member accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same membership plan during the same active subscription period, the extra amount paid will be eligible for refund after verification.

The refund for duplicate transactions will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after confirmation by our support team.

3. Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel auto-renewal (if applicable) at any time. However, cancellation of membership does not entitle the member to any refund of already paid subscription fees.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (only in case of duplicate payments) may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
